Information processed
Depending on the features used, the website processes account and wallet identifiers, authentication and session information, language preferences, referral relationships, game and order records, and support information you submit. Network and infrastructure providers may also process IP addresses, device or browser information and necessary request metadata for delivery and security. Wallet addresses and transactions are publicly searchable on blockchains and are not necessarily anonymous. Never submit private keys or recovery phrases.
Purposes and legal grounds
Information is used to provide requested services, authenticate users, retain preferences, reconcile orders and game results, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal duties. Depending on applicable law and the context, grounds include performing service agreements, necessary security and operational interests, legal obligations and consent where required. Consent to unnecessary uses should not be forced as a condition of core services.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies and local or session storage retain login state, language settings, referral information and necessary interface preferences. You can clear or restrict storage through browser settings, which may require signing in again or affect features. Clearing browser data does not delete server-side accounts, orders or public blockchain records.
Providers and public information
Hosting, security and storage providers, such as Cloudflare, may process information necessary to operate the website. Third-party wallets and RPC providers process connections and network requests under their own policies. Processing may occur outside your region, subject to applicable transfer requirements. Necessary disclosures may be made for valid legal requests, security or disputes. Public blockchain information is outside our control; linked third-party services have their own privacy policies.
Retention and security
Information should be retained only as needed to provide services, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention differs by record type; ledgers and orders are not short-lived technical logs, and immediate deletion of every record is not promised. Reasonable safeguards such as access controls are used, but internet transmission, devices and third-party systems carry risks and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Choices and requests
Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent where applicable, or complain to a relevant data protection authority. Account control may need verification. Legal retention, disputes and others’ rights may limit requests; we cannot erase public blockchain records. Services are not intended for minors. Contact support if you discover information submitted by a minor.
