Eligibility and restricted locations
Read these terms, the privacy policy, disclaimer and relevant game rules before use. You must be at least 18, meet any higher age required locally and have legal capacity. Services are not offered to users located in mainland China or where relevant services are prohibited or restricted by local law. Website accessibility, a supported language or wallet connection does not establish eligibility, local legality or a gambling licence.
Local law
Check and comply with laws applicable to your nationality, residence and actual location, including participation, digital assets and taxes. If uncertain, stop using the service and seek local professional advice. Do not use VPNs, proxies, false location information or another person’s account to evade location, age or other restrictions. Your obligations do not replace the website’s own legal responsibilities.
Account security and fair use
Use only accounts and wallets you are authorised to control. Protect devices, sessions and signing permissions. Fraud, money laundering, account theft, result manipulation, exploiting vulnerabilities and disruption are prohibited. Stop affected operations and report anomalies to support. Features may be restricted for security, legal requirements or investigations; records and disputes should be reviewed on the evidence.
Rules and records
Check the mode, asset, amount, limits and round rules before participating. Demo credits are not real assets or redeemable earnings; no real-world value is promised for testnet assets. Server records and rules frozen before accepting bets determine game state and settlement. Animations, countdowns or disconnected screens are not settlement records. Fairness verification checks results and does not guarantee profit.
Changes, interruptions and disputes
Maintenance, security incidents or legal requirements may interrupt or change services. Updated terms will show a version date; material changes affecting rights should receive separate notice and consent where legally required. New terms do not retroactively change accepted bets’ frozen rules or existing settlement rights. For disputed records, provide the time and order reference to support. Non-excludable statutory rights remain unaffected.
